WARREN, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – Mary S. Craciun, 91, of Warren passed away Wednesday evening, April 10, 2024 at St. Joseph Hospital in Warren.

Mary was born April 30, 1932 in Warren, Ohio, daughter of Charles and Anna (Fedash) Sirko.

She graduated in 1950 from Warren G. Harding High School, where she was a majorette in the band.

Mary became a prominent real estate agent in the Warren area, working and eventually retiring with Howard Hanna after 20 years.

Outside of work, he was a lifelong member of Sts. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Warren.

Mary also enjoyed bowling, dancing with her husband, John, and traveling. She especially loved remembering her trips to Europe and Las Vegas. Maria especially adored her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She appreciated the time she spent with them and will be deeply missed.

Mary will always be remembered by her husband of 70 years, John Craciun of Warren; daughter, Shanon (David) Severt of Liberty Township; son, Scott (Wanda) Craciun of Bazetta Twp.; grandchildren, Aric (Kirstin) Craciun, Erin Craciun, Joshua Craciun, Christin Craciun (Jimmy) and great-grandchildren, Sophie, Isaac, Liam, Emily, Cheyanne, Zaylee and Kayleene

In addition to her parents, Mary was predeceased by her son, John Charles Craciun and her sisters, Fanny Begalla and Katherine Roscoe.

Maria’s family honored her with private services and burial at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mary’s name to the Saints. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, 180 Belvedere Ave NE, Warren, OH 44483.
