TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – A celebration was held at Indiana State University on Friday to recognize a great contribution made to the university.

In 2022, Steve and Gloria Bailey donated $8 million to ISU. The donation helped create scholarships, faculty scholarships and a dean’s fund to attract students and faculty.

The Bailey College of Engineering and Technology is named after the couple. On Friday, the couple met some Bailey Scholars and heard about the university’s renovation plans.
