SOMEONE WALKING ON THE BEACH FOUND THE BODY PARTS, AND THAT PERSON FOUND THE TORSO AND ARM WHILE WALKING ON LAKE MICHIGAN. THE BEACH IS JUST BEYOND THIS WOODED AREA. HERE. NEIGHBORS SHOCKED BY THE DISCOVERY IN THEIR OWN YARD. HARD. THE WAVES OF LAKE MICHIGAN IN SOUTHERN MILWAUKEE MADE A DISTURBING DISCOVERY THURSDAY MORNING. HECTIC. SCARY. Kind of like surprising someone on their morning walk along the shore. FOUND A TORSO AND AN ARM. INVESTIGATORS BELIEVE THE REMAINS BELONGED TO 19-YEAR-OLD SHADE ROBINSON. TOPANGA BROGDEN DIDN’T WANT TO GO ON CAMERA, BUT WATCHED THE INVESTIGATORS FROM HER BACKYARD. THEY CAME BACK CARRYING THE BODY BAG. ANGELA BUCHANAN CAPTURED A PHOTO OF THE POLICE CRIME SCENE TAPE BLOCKING THE PATH TO THE LAKE JUST AFTER DAWN. HIT VERY HARD BECAUSE YOU DON’T DO IT. ONLY ITS BRUTALITY. PROSECUTORS SAY MAXWELL ANDERSON, 33, KILLED ROBINSON AFTER THEIR FIRST DATE ON APRIL 1 AND MUTILATE HER BODY. UNFORTUNATELY, I IMMEDIATELY HAD THIS BAD FEELING. POLICE LATER DISCOVERED HUMAN REMAINS BELIEVED TO BE ROBINSON’S ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MILWAUKEE, NEAR 30TH AND GALENA, ALONG WITH HIS IGNITION CAR. IT’S SCARY THAT YOU’RE ON A FIRST DATE WITH SOMEONE AND THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT. ROBINSON’S FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARRIVED AT THE BEACH AFTER LEARNING ABOUT TODAY’S DISCOVERY. THEY DIDN’T WANT TO GO ON CAMERA BUT TELL ME THEY WANT TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A PROPER FUNERAL AND BURIAL FOR ROBINSON, THESE DISCOVERIES ARE INCREDIBLY DISTURBING. Human Remains Found Along Lake Michigan Believed to Be Sade Robinson

The Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the discovery of human remains near 3305 Marina Road.

Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office investigators are examining human remains that were discovered Thursday morning along a remote section of Lake Michigan shoreline near 3305 Marina Road. The remains were found approximately a quarter mile from a nearby apartment complex and are believed to have washed ashore. The torso and arm, found Thursday at 7:37 a.m. by a citizen walking on the beach, are believed to be those of Sade Robinson. “Hectic. Scary. Kind of shocking,” said Tapanga Brogdon, a nearby resident. Brogdon said he watched investigators from his backyard. “They came back carrying the body bag,” Brogdon said. Angela Buchanan captured a crime scene photograph showing crime scene tape blocking the path to the lake just after dawn. “It’s a very big blow,” Buchanan said. “Just the brutality of it.” Robinson, 19, disappeared on April 2. Prosecutors said she went to Maxwell Anderson’s house on April 1 after they had a first date together that same night. “I immediately had a bad feeling. Just because I know this is not far from Warnimont Park, where his leg was found,” Buchanan said. On April 2, someone found Robinson’s severed leg in Warnimont Park in Cudahy. More human remains were recovered on April 6, near 31st and Galena streets in Milwaukee, near where Robinson’s car was set on fire. “It’s scary that, you know, you go on a first date with someone, and this is what you have to do.” concern today,” Buchanan said.
